Option 2

The Project Monitoring/Management Plan is me guiding you through the project and assisting/completing the agreed upon tasks as stated in our project plan. This will include a timeline that we would create based on the goals set for your project at our initial project plan meeting.

I will be ensuring completion of the tasks by keeping any individual involved in the project accountable along the way to keep the project on budget and on time.

This plan is set up to ensure sustainability after we have completed our time together.
